Southwest Value Partners and AEG, joint venture partners and co-developers of Nashville Yards, announced today that AEG Presents will relocate its regional office to Nashville Yards in 2025. A global leader in concert promotion and artist development, AEG Presents will also book and operate the new 4,500- person music venue at Nashville Yards in 2025. AEG Presents Will occupy approximately 15,000 SF in the upcoming Class A creative office building. Combined with recent tenant announcements, the creative office building is nearly 50 % leased, bringing the total to approximately 190,000 SF of leased space. The property is located at 955 Church Street.

AEG Presents’ new location will be comprised of the company’s regional office, members of its Global Touring division, and the Nashville outpost of AEG Presents partner Messina Touring Group. The three entities combined oversee every element of the live music experience, from bookings at intimate clubs and theatres to arena and stadium tour dates, and promote tours for artists such as Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown, Zach Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Ed Sheeran, Blake Shelton, George Strait, and Carrie Underwood, among many others.

Designed by Gresham Smith, Nashville Yards is a 19-acre mixed-use development situated primarily between Broadway and MLK Blvd in Downtown Nashville. The project will include Class A+ office, residential, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and culinary offerings. It is characterized by thoughtful architecture and a network of pedestrian pathways, open green spaces, and plazas. The development also includes the adaptive -reuse of the historic Union Station into a Marriott Branded Autograph Collection hotel between Demonbreun Street & Broadway.
Anchored by CAA, the creative office building is the first of its kind in Nashville situated along Church Street. CityNowNext recently published a story detailing nearly 180,000 SF of leased space in the 420,000 SF Class A creative office tower.
