Hardaway Construction, recently celebrated its 100th anniversary at the Premier Club inside GEODIS Park. The centennial celebration brought together esteemed clients, industry partners and employees to honor a century of innovation, dedication and success. The event highlighted Hardaway Construction’s journey from its humble beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of the construction industry.

Founded in 1924, Hardaway Construction has earned a reputation for excellence through its steadfast commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Over the years, the company has completed several landmark projects, including portions of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and the historic restoration of the Metropolitan Courthouse, to name a few. These significant contributions have been pivotal in Nashville’s growth and development. Today, the builder’s name can seen throughout mixed-use projects in neighborhoods throughout Nashville.
As a Nashville-based company with a century-long legacy, Hardaway Construction is dedicated to giving back to the community. In celebration of its 100th anniversary, the company contributed time and materials to build the winning parklet as part of the Civic Design Center programming, further demonstrating its commitment to enhancing the local community.
