Developer Wood Partners successfully rezoned its 350-unit max development situated off Nolensville Pike. The project will replace what’s currently a car parts yard into a new multifamily development. CityNowNext reported on the story back in October as it was scheduled for the November 2024 Metro Planning Commission meeting. The rezoning was approved following that meeting.
