Boston-based Foxfield Real Estate (Foxfield) announced the firm’s first acquisition in the Nashville market with the purchase of an industrial asset in North Nashville. Located at 565 Brick Church Park Drive, the 75,000 square foot industrial facility is located just five miles from downtown, in one of the most city’s most densely populated submarkets, Nashville’s Industrial Central Business District.

“Expanding into Nashville aligns with Foxfield’s broader efforts to invest in high-growth logistics markets across the U.S.,” said Shawn Hawthorne, Partner at Foxfield. “This acquisition reflects our focus on well-located, high-quality industrial assets with strong tenancy and lasting value creation potential.”

Fully leased to AllParts Medical — a subsidiary of Philips — since 2018, the property represents a stable industrial asset within one of the nation’s most dynamic industrial markets. AllParts recently renewed its lease, further underscoring the tenant’s long-term commitment to the site.
The facility offers immediate access to Interstates 65 and 24, connecting it to the metro’s growing logistics and manufacturing corridor. Recent tenant-led improvements worth more than $3.5 million have enhanced the building’s operational efficiency and long-term durability.

Foxfield continues to expand its industrial portfolio across key logistics hubs in Pennsylvania with the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub; Georgia with the Sugarloaf Logistics Hub; and now in Tennessee, with 565 Brick Church Park Drive – underscoring the firm’s commitment to industrial market growth.
