Imagine Hospitality has topped out at the new Fairfield by Marriott on Dickerson Pike. The upcoming 4 story, 103-key hotel is located across from Lowes and sits above Dickerson Pike at the Skyline Commons shopping center. This marks the newest large scale commercial project at the site and is consistent with the original masterplan for the retail center.
Imagine Hospitality is behind recent projects such as the Delta by Marriott Nashville Airport, Residence Inn MetroCenter, and the upcoming adaptive-reuse of the Historic Morris Building into a boutique hotel in Downtown Nashville. The upcoming Fairfield by Marriott on Dickerson Pike will be the only ground-up Marriott branded hotel along the transit corridor to Downtown Nashville, joining Hampton Inns & Suites by Hilton across the street. The new Fairfield includes 103 hotel rooms and features an outdoor pool deck amenity, fitness center, the brand’s corner market and lounge in the hotel lobby, fitness center, meeting room, and dining area. Here’s a look at more progress as of February 2026.
