More than 100 investors, brokers, past buyers, and community leaders gathered at Aba in Wedgewood-Houston on March 26 for “Modernest Revealed,” an event introducing the vision behind The Modernest, a new hospitality-inspired residential brand launching in Nashville. The evening brought together the city’s development and real estate community to preview the brand’s first two projects currently underway: The Modernest WeHo and The Modernest Gulch View.

The event highlighted the Modernest concept – a design-forward approach to residential ownership that blends elevated living with flexibility. Residences are designed to function as a full-time home, a second home, or an income-producing asset through a professionally managed hospitality program.

The brand launches with two developments positioned in rapidly growing urban neighborhoods.
The Modernest WEHO

The Modernest WeHo, located at 1425 4th Avenue South, is currently under construction in Wedgewood-Houston, one of Nashville’s fastest-evolving creative districts. The project will include 129 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, along with hospitality-inspired amenities including a resort-style pool, wellness amenities with infrared sauna and cold plunge, fitness and yoga spaces, co-working lounges, and a coffee lounge.

The Modernest Gulch View

Just north along the rapidly evolving 8th Avenue South corridor, The Modernest Gulch View at 1107 8th Avenue South will bring 131 design-driven residences ideally positioned between The Gulch, Music Row, and Vanderbilt University.

Architecture and interiors for both projects are led by LA based Studio APA in collaboration with Nashville based Comma Design Works, with a focus on thoughtful design, curated interiors, and hospitality-driven resident experiences.
