The new owner of the former site of Pure Gold Crazy Horse, is proposing a 16-story multifamily tower at the site. Located at the gateway of Chestnut Hill, this area is starting to see renewed interests – which potentially could point to the current success of bordering Wedgewood-Houston. The area presents an opportunity to provide new development density for a sector of the area that still sits primarily as former underutilized warehouses. The development site for the proposed 16-story tower is centrally located and within walking distance to both Downtown and WeHo. The project address is 300 McCann Street.
