Four Seasons Hotel Nashville celebrated the ribbon cutting of its stunning new 40-story tower set to deliver a five-star luxury experience in the heart of downtown. Hosted by Bill Cody of the Grand Ole Opry, the event included a line up of VIPs including Nashville Mayor John Cooper, Ceasar Guiekian with Brand President Gibson Guitar, Richard Poskanzer – General Manager Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville, Dan Wolf with Grupo Denim Holdings, and Antoine Chahwan President of Hotel Operations for Americas East Four Seasons.
“Nashville is already famous for Southern hospitality, and we are very excited to contribute to this amazing tradition – bringing our warm, intuitive Four Seasons service,” said Richard Poskanzer, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville.

Nashville Mayor John Cooper announced during his remarks that Nashville has just exceeded 900,000 stays in a single month for the very first time. Moreover, Nashville is the second fastest growing market for hospitality development, just second to New York City . The world renowned luxury hotel brand started construction in 2019 located at 100 Demonbreun Street. The hotel guest accommodations includes 235 keys (193 rooms and 42 suites) between the 7th and 14th floors, and the tower is also home to 144 fully serviced Four Seasons Private Residences on its uppermost floors.
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville will join the city’s vibrant culinary scene with its flagship restaurant Mimo Restaurant and Bar, led by Michelin-starred Chef Nello Turco; introduce a resort-style experience for guests with a sun-soaked rooftop pool deck; unveil a beautiful new spa; and host memorable weddings, galas and more in its light-filled event spaces.
