Tara Investments announced the “topping out” of its two new hotels in Downtown Nashville signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 181-room Canopy by Hilton, along with the 152-room Homewood Suites hotel, are slated to open in July 2024. An official topping out ceremony took place over the past two days at the site located in the Gulch. Canopy is located at 920 Division Street and Homewood Suites is located at 620 Overton Street.

“As we celebrate this significant topping-out milestone with our employees, partners, and neighbors, we remain extremely aware of the responsibility we have to deliver an exceptional experience for the residents of and visitors to the Gulch,” said Anup Patel, Owner, Tara Investments. “We are excited for this next phase of development and thank our partner Yates Construction for their dedication to the project. We look forward to welcoming guests from near and far to Nashville – Music City.”
